Hair FAQs

Q1. Hair Smell:

Our hair is washed in the factory with warm water and shampoo. We also apply hair oil before shipment to protect it during transit. The scent will disappear after washing with a good shampoo and conditioner.

Q2. Body Wave Hair Texture:

Wavy/curly hair is often styled with steam (no chemicals). The texture will loosen after washing, which is done to preserve the hair’s quality and natural state.

Q3. Hair Care Products:

Use high-quality shampoo and conditioner. Conditioning is essential for keeping the hair soft and manageable. Air drying is preferred over blow drying.

Q4. Coloring:

All hair (except #613) can be dyed or bleached. However, virgin hair can become dry after being cut. Avoid frequent dyeing or bleaching as it can damage the hair. Professional coloring is recommended.

Q5. Length:

We double-check the hair type and length before shipment. To ensure accurate measurement, stretch the hair before measuring.

Q6. Gray Hair:

Virgin, non-dyed hair may contain a few gray strands. While we make every effort to remove them during production, we cannot guarantee a 100% gray-free product. Please understand and remove any remaining strands yourself.

Q7. Tangles:

Tangles can occur due to dryness, oil/dirt buildup, salt water, chlorine, and lack of combing (use a wide-tooth comb). Wash and condition your hair twice a week. Use olive oil for added smoothness or consult your stylist for further assistance.

Q8. Split/Dry Ends:

Only virgin hair may have split ends. Our hair can be a little dry after being cut, as it loses natural oils. Apply some olive or argan oil to maintain its condition.
