1. Why is my wig tangling?

   Wigs can tangle due to dryness, oil and dirt buildup, salt water, chlorine, and improper combing (not using a wide-tooth comb). Wash and condition your wig at least once a week, or twice a week for best results. Use hydrating drops or consult your stylist for further assistance.

2. Why is my wig shedding?

   To minimize shedding:

   • Gently run your fingers or a wide-toothed comb through the hair. For curly hair, avoid using a comb.
   • After washing, apply hair oil to the wig to restore silkiness and softness.

3. Why does my wig lose its curl pattern after washing?

   Wavy/curly hair is often styled using steam (without chemicals). The texture will loosen after washing. This process helps maintain the hair’s quality and natural state. You can restyle the hair to achieve your desired look.
