Q1. Hair Smell:

A: The hair is washed with warm water and shampoo at the factory. Hair oil is applied before shipment to protect it during delivery. The smell will disappear after washing with good shampoo and conditioner.

Q2. Body Wave Hair Texture:

A: Wavy/curly hair is steam-styled without chemicals. The texture will loosen after washing. This is done to maintain the hair’s lifespan and natural state.

Q3. Hair Care Products:

A: Use high-quality shampoo and conditioner. Conditioning is crucial for keeping the hair soft and manageable. Air dry the hair instead of blow-drying.

Q4. Coloring:

A: All hair (except #613) can be dyed/bleached. However, virgin hair can become dry after being removed from the donor, so avoid frequent dyeing/bleaching to prevent damage. Professional coloring is recommended.

Q5. Length:

A: Hair type and length are double-checked before shipment. Measure the hair by stretching it upon receipt to determine the correct length.

Q6. Gray Hair:

A: Virgin, non-dyed hair may contain a few gray strands. While these are usually removed during production, a 100% guarantee of no gray hairs is not possible. Please understand and remove any remaining strands yourself.

Q7. Tangles:

A: Tangles can occur due to dryness, oil/dirt buildup, salt water/chlorine, and lack of combing (use a wide-tooth comb) . Wash and condition your hair twice a week. Use olive oil for smoothness or consult your stylist for further assistance.

Q8. Split/Dry Ends:

A: Only virgin hair will have split ends. Our hair may be slightly dry after being removed from the donor due to the loss of human nutrition. Apply some olive/argan oil to maintain their condition.
