- Do you offer any custom wig options?
Different suppliers offer different wig options. Contacting the supplier is ideal to get the custom wig you want.
Ordering & Payment:
- How do I place an order?
Create an account with SA Hair Market, select the desired hair product/s and go to Check Out on the top right hand corner of the screen, complete the order information, then proceed to make a payment.
- What payment methods do you accept?
Credit Card, Bank EFT, Ozow Instant EFT, Payflex, Retail Payment, Scan to Pay, Visa Click to Pay, 1Voucher
- Is my payment information secure?
Yes, we use Netcash, payments are made through their secure online encryption.
Shipping & Returns:
- What are your shipping options and costs?
SA Hair Market has flat rate shipping cost of R100, see individual vendor stores for other shipping options and costs thereof.
- How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery varies between 3 to 4 weeks.

You may or may not be able to track your order depending on the third-party shipping methods.
- Can I update my account information?
Log into your account and update your information. Delivery information cannot be changed once a payment has been processed for delivery.

Email Notifications: Vendors receive an automated email notification every time a new order is placed. This email contains order details, customer information, and instructions for fulfillment.
Vendor Dashboard: Vendors can log into their vendor dashboard on the marketplace platform. Here, they can view new orders, order statuses, and other relevant details.
- What are my responsibilities for shipping and fulfillment?
You are fully responsible for shipping and fulfillment of each order placed through SA Hair Market’s platform for each order made from your list of your products.
- How do I handle customer inquiries about my products?
You can respond to customer inquiries via your vendor dashboard.
Payments & Fees:
- What is your commission structure?
We have two payment options available vendors interested in adding setting up a store on our platform.
- Commission Based – per item sold
- Flat Monthly Rate
