1. Are your hair extensions human hair? Is your hair Remy? What does this mean?

Yes. All our hair extensions are 100% Remy, human hair. Human hair, unlike synthetic or animal hair, can be styled, dyed, washed, and brushed, giving you more freedom and a natural finish.

“Remy” is the best quality available. It means the hair’s cuticles run in the same direction (downwards). This keeps the hair shiny, soft, and tangle-free for months or even years with proper care.

2. Can the hair extensions be straightened, curled, dyed, or toned?

All human hair extensions can be dyed, cut, and styled like natural hair. However, as they aren’t attached to the original root and have been chemically treated, they may react differently to color.

We advise only darkening or toning extensions, never bleaching or lightening them, as this can shorten their lifespan. If you plan to dye your extensions, we strongly recommend consulting a professional colorist experienced in dyeing hair extensions to avoid incorrect results or damage.

Always test dye a small hair section before applying it all over. Please note that once the hair extensions have been dyed or chemically altered, our return policy is void.

3. Can I sleep with extensions in?

For semi-permanent methods (tape-ins and wefts), you can sleep with extensions in. For temporary methods (clips, halos, etc.), we absolutely do not recommend sleeping with them in. This can damage your natural hair and the extensions themselves.

Regardless of the method, daily brushing and proper storage will ensure they maintain their original quality.

4. How should I care for hair extensions?

• Never use products containing oil, alcohol, or ethanol, as these can damage the extensions. Try using sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner, as sulfates can dry the hair and shorten its lifespan.
