We pride ourselves on carrying high-quality items and trust you will be delighted with your purchase. All returns are subject to The Wig Factory Terms and Conditions, based purely in line with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.

UNUSED ITEMS

Full returns and refunds minus delivery charges (if applicable) are accepted within 10 business days provided the item is unused and returned in its original packaging. If you want to return your unused and unopened purchase for any reason at all please send an email to returns@thewigfactory.co.za or call us on 061 904 6527, within 10 business days of receiving your order.

USED ITEMS
No returns or refunds of used items are accepted.

DEFECTIVE GOODS
Items will be assessed by the manufacturer/ supplier or internally.

Upon assessment, should the items be found to be defective or have quality issues, the items may be returned within 2 weeks of delivery provided that the items have been used for their intended purpose and that the care instructions have been followed. The Wig Factory will either repair or replace the item or refund you the price paid for the item less the initial delivery fee (if applicable).

Please note: No refunds, repairs, or exchanges of items will be authorized should we find that

• you have not followed the care instructions of the items and/ or
• the goods are not defective and/ or
• the goods do not have quality issues

Refunds will be issued

• once the items have been returned to The Wig Factory
• using the same payment method in which the sales order was completed. I.e., If you paid via credit card, the refund will be completed to the same credit card initially presented at Point of Sale.

Please note: Refunds can take up to 14 business days to reflect in your account.
