Return Policy for SA Hair Market
1. General Information

2. Return Eligibility
Return requests may be submitted within 3 (three) days of delivery, provided that:
Items are unused, in perfect condition, and in original packaging
All labels and any hygiene or safety seals remain intact
- SA Hair Market is responsible for the returns process on our products, an email is required to initiate the process.
- Each Third-Party Seller is solely responsible for their own return and refund policies.
- Buyer protection applies for all SA Hair Market-specific products.
All return or refund requests must be submitted directly to the product supplier and reported to SA Hair Market by emailing info@sahairmarket.co.za.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact SA Hair Market customer service within 3 days of receiving your order. You can reach us by email at info@sahairmarket.co.za.
- Clearly explain the reason for your return and include your order number.
- If your return is due to a damaged or incorrect item, please provide photos as evidence.
- A customer service representative will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) and instructions on how to return the item.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- SA Hair Market or the merchant will refund return shipping costs if the item is defective, arrives not as described, or is incorrect, after it is checked by the Merchant.
5. Refunds
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, SA Hair Market will send you a confirmation email.
- You will receive a full refund for the purchase price of the item, minus any applicable shipping costs.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- It may take 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
- SA Hair Market is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
- We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our return policy requirements.
