Shipping & Delivery Policy for SA Hair Market
1. General Information
SA Hair Market offers a variety of hair care products, wigs, and accessories through our website. We strive to provide you with a convenient and secure shopping experience. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the options available and important information to know when placing an order. Please Note that some items may have a limited quantity per purchase in order for us to provide Free Shipping. Also, NOTE some items are customized and Made Per Order which can take longer to be delivered. Made Per Order items will have its estimated delivery time noted in product details.
2. Delivery Options
You have two delivery methods to choose from:
- SA Hair Market Shipping: For items purchased from SA Hair Market (not Third Party Sellers) we offer Free Shipping. Items are shipped directly from our suppliers international and local suppliers. Order processing may take up to 3 business days, depending on when the order is placed. Please note that weekends and public holidays are excluded from processing times. DELIVERY TIME is between 2-6 weeks from the time item is shipped (most items arrive within 2-3 weeks). Items shipped locally usually take between 2-7 days depending on location. We allow 6 weeks (50 days) to compensate time for items which may be lost in transit. If you do not receive your items within this time period you are automatically eligible for a refund. Some items do not have a tracking number, but if you do not receive your items within 6 weeks (50 days) you are eligible for a refund.
- Third-Party Seller Shipping: Delivery options, costs, and estimated delivery times will be determined by the individual seller and presented on the their store page.
3. Delivery Responsibility
- SA Hair Market Orders: We consider our delivery obligation fulfilled once the product has been delivered to the physical address you provided at checkout.
- Third-Party Seller Orders: The Third-Party Seller is responsible for fulfilling the delivery of their products.
4. Important Notes
- Delivery Estimates: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on factors like order processing, stock availability, and chosen delivery method.
- Incorrect Delivery Information: If an order is placed with incorrect delivery details, we may or may not be able to update the shipping address, depending on the stage of the order process. Please note that SA Hair Market cannot be held liable for any delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping information. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all delivery details provided are accurate at the time of placing the order.
- Customs and Duties: Import duties and VAT are applicable to international parcels. These charges are imposed by customs and are the buyer’s responsibility.

8. Order Cancellations
- Order cancellations are not guaranteed and depend entirely on the stage of processing. We will make every effort to accommodate your request if cancellation is still possible. No cancellation is possible once it has been shipped.
