- If a Third-Party Seller item you ordered is unavailable, they will notify you and refund your payment.
- SA Hair Market relies on stock information provided by its merchants and its Third-Party Sellers and is not liable for any inaccuracies.
- Any disputes about sold-out items should be resolved between you and the Seller according to these Terms and Conditions.

2.7.2 Available Payment Methods (depending on availability and eligibility):

- Direct Bank Deposit or Electronic Funds Transfer: If you choose this method, you must complete the payment within 2 days of placing your order. SA Hair Market and its Third-Party Sellers will not accept your order if they haven’t received the payment.
- Instant EFT (electronic funds transfer)
- Cash on Delivery (COD): This option has exclusions. By choosing COD, you agree to have the exact amount of cash ready for the delivery person.

- Once you choose your payment method (excluding COD or direct bank deposit), you will be directed to a secure website to complete your payment.
- Once payment is confirmed received your payment, order will be processed.
- Orders will be processed within 3 business days not including weekends and holidays.
- We will notify you when your order status changes, you can also review your order status in you SA Hair Market account.
3. REFUNDS AND RETURNS

- SA Hair Market and each Third-Party Seller are responsible for their own individual refund and return policies. Please review the Third-Party Sellers Terms and Conditions regarding refund and returns.
- You, the buyer, are responsible for reviewing and accepting these policies before making a purchase.
3.2 SA Hair Market Buyer Protection Refund and Return Policy
3.2.1 Buyer Protection
- Buyer protection allows you to get a refund within a certain timeframe if your item doesn’t arrive, arrives damaged, or isn’t as described.
- It also allow you to return item if you change your mind for any reason if item is unused.
3.2.2 Buyer Protection Coverage and Guarantee
- Buyer protection lasts for 7 days from the day you confirm receiving your item.
- Any item sold by SA Hair Market is covered, except for:
- Items you damaged yourself
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items not returnable due to hygiene or health reasons
3.2.3 How to Initiate a Return/Refund
- If there’s a problem with your item, follow these steps:
- Contact the supplier through the information provided with your delivery.Â
- Contact SA Hair Market if you do not receive return and refund information with delivery.
- Clearly explain the problem and include any supporting information (photos, screenshots, etc.) in your email. Put “Return” or “Refund” in the email subject line.
3.2.4 Return Shipping Costs
- You are completely responsible for return shipping costs if you change your mind about an item.
- SA Hair Market or the merchant will refund return shipping costs if the item is defective, arrives not as described, or is incorrect affter it is checked by the Merchant.
3.2.5 Refund Timing
- It can take 1-10 business days to receive your refund, after the merchant receives the returned item..
- Any refund due will be sent to your original payment method.
4. DELIVERY INFORMATION
4.1 General Delivery Information
- SA Hair Market offers a variety of hair care products, wigs, and accessories through our website. We strive to provide you with a convenient and secure shopping experience. Our Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the options available and important information to know when placing an order. Please Note that some items may have a limited quantity per purchase in order for us to provide Free Shipping. Also, NOTE some items are customized and Made Per Order which can take longer to be delivered. Made Per Order items will have its estimated delivery time noted in product details.
4.2 Delivery Charges
- SA Hair Market’s delivery charges can change at any time without notice.
- You will see the applicable delivery charges in your shopping cart during checkout.
4.3 Delivery Timing
- Once your order is accepted, SA Hair Market must deliver the Goods to you as soon as possible.
You have two delivery methods to choose from:
- SA Hair Market Shipping: For items purchased from SA Hair Market (not Third Party Sellers) we offer Flat Rate Shipping. Items are shipped directly from our suppliers in China USA, etc.. DELIVERY TIME is between 2-6 weeks (most items arrive within 2-3 weeks). We allow 6 weeks (50 days) to compensate time for items which may be lost in transit. If you do not receive your items within this time period you are eligible for a refund if order is lost or cannot be tracked. Some items do not have a tracking number, but if you do not receive your items within 6 weeks (50 days) you are eligible for a refund. Made Per Order Items can take up to 75 days. Made Per Order items will have its estimated delivery time noted in product details.
- Third-Party Seller Shipping:Â Delivery options, costs, and estimated delivery times will be determined by the individual seller and presented on the their store page and policies.
4.4 Delivery Responsibility
- SA Hair Market considers its delivery obligation fulfilled once they deliver the product to the physical address you provided.
- SA Hair Market is not responsible for any loss or unauthorized use of a product after delivery to your address.
5. ERRORS ON WEBSITE
- SA Hair Market and its Third-Party Sellers must strive to ensure accurate descriptions, availability, prices, and delivery charges for all items on the website.
- However, they are not liable for any errors (except those due to gross negligence) that may appear on the website.
- In the case of incorrect information, SA Hair Market and its Third-Party Sellers will refund you for any amount already paid, following the Refunds and Returns Policy. Buyer most notify seller of any error before Item is shipped to avoid delay in refund.

7. SA HAIR MARKET GIFT VOUCHERS AND COUPONS
SA Hair Market may offer physical or electronic gift vouchers (“Gift Vouchers”) and promotional coupons or discounts (“Coupons”) for use on their website to purchase SA Hair Market products.

- When your order for a Third-Party Seller’s product is accepted, the sale is formed solely between you and the Seller. SA Hair Market is not part of this sale.
- The Third-Party Seller is responsible for:

- Providing an invoice to you if required.
- Not all Third-Party Sellers are registered for VAT (Value-Added Tax).
- Only registered VAT vendors can charge VAT on products and issue tax invoices.
